The Family Living Center (FLC) is a special area of the Western Farm Show reserved for products or services with only an ancillary connection to agriculture. This is the only area of the Show where cash-and-carry sales may legally take place. Exhibitors must observe all applicable laws, including collection of sales tax.
Purpose: To inform, educate and entertain men and women involved
in agriculture.
Audience: Men and women involved in some type of agriculture – from
large producers to lifestyle farmers.
One of the main reason folks attend our show is to stay informed
about the latest in agriculture and to learn
about new products.

Show Times: |
Friday, February 25: 9 am to 5 pm Saturday, February 26: 9 am to 5 pm Sunday, February 27: 9 am to 4 pm |
Booth Rental: A fee of $510 per
booth will be charged to all commercial exhibitors.
Size of Booth(s): 10’x10’
Seminars/Demonstrations: A seminar area is available where exhibitors
may give 30-45 minute
programs/demonstrations or conduct discussion groups. Approximately
30 people can be seated. A $100
discount will be given per seminar from the total fee, maximum $200.
Example: If you present two seminars
during the show; cost of a 10’x10’ = $310 ($510 less $200). Space
is limited! You may also teach or
demonstrate in your booth, as long as it is not disruptive to neighboring
exhibits. Selling can only be
incidental to your presentation. Recruitment of representatives or
employees is not allowed.
