all returning 2017 Exhibitors!


The Western Farm Show is a non-direct selling show. Exhibitors whose normal method of distribution is through wholesalers and/or retail dealers are specifically forbidden to sell directly to attendees at the Show, thus by-passing the normal channels of distribution. The Western Equipment Dealers Association represents and is supported by retailers. We will not, under any circumstances, conduct and manage any project that removes the retailer from his traditional place in the chain of distribution.

The only area of the show that direct selling is allowed is in the Family Living Center.

Booth Details

2017 New Exhibitor Space Rates:

• 10'x10' - $630

• 10'x20' - $1,260

• Please contact Show Management if you would like pricing for more than 200 square feet.

Booth Assignment Procedures:

1.  Returning Exhibitors

• Returning exhibitors are given the first right of refusal for the space occupied in 2017.

Returning exhibitors must submit a signed contract and deposit by SEPTEMBER 30, 2017, to reclaim

their booth location for the 2018 show.

2.  Returning Exhibitors Requesting Changes

After September 30, 2017, any exhibitor space change requests will be discussed.

• Requests for new booth assignments are made on a first-come first-serve basis.

• The earlier you submit your signed contract and deposit, the better your position will be on the list.

• You will receive a call to make your booth selection based on what is available at that time.

3.  New Exhibitors

• After all changes are made for returning exhibitors, we will assign NEW Exhibitors booth space in the order they are
   received. New Exhibitors must complete a Space Request Form to be considered for booth space.
