Margaret Reynolds 1:30pm - 2:30pm

While Margaret Reynolds is an accomplished businesswoman having served as the senior strategy officer at Hallmark Cards, and subsequently founding her own business and authoring two books, she was born a horsewoman. Her dad bought her a pony when her mom was still in the hospital with her and couldn’t say no. Today she has two businesses, Breakthrough Masters Unlimited, a strategic consultancy that helps organizations successfully scale, and Alison’s Angels, a family-run nonprofit, which provides emotional encouragement to newly grieving parents who have lost their child for any reason at any age. Amidst this, Margaret remains an enamored equestrian. Her passion is long distance riding. She competes in the American Endurance Ride Conference and rides horses around the world on weeklong treks. Margaret has had the privilege of combining her two passions—developing the potential of people and businesses, and her connection with horses. In fact, many of her business and leadership ideas were founded on horseback. She will be sharing those insights with you at the Western Farm Show’s Women in Ag Industry Conference on February 22nd.
